The Best Internet in Ellicott
As an IT professional that works from home quality internet is extremely important to me. While Kellin does have outages and issues, I have tried all the providers in the Ellicott area and Kellin is the best as far as responding to issues and low lag time. Johnny and Tyler have gone above and beyond anytime we have had an issue. No company is going to have 100% uptime, it’s just not possible with technology.
I love the fact that they are courteous and pleasant to work with, they call me back, sometime just because they see my number come up on CallerID even if I didn’t leave a message.
The internet service itself allows for Voip (IP Phones), VPN and no lag on those all important video games and movies. We are a household that REALLY uses all aspects of the internet technology with 2 business, 2 college students and my full time job.
Kellin is the best internet for us, because of the response time, their troubleshooting skills (I hate networking!), and the amazing customer service.
